Cancellation Policy

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the AMG Experience entirely and/or to modify, change, alter and/or delete any and all terms, conditions and rules regarding: 1) AMG Experience in general; 2) customer participation in the AMG Experience; and 3) the nature, level, value, frequency and amount of any individual prizes and awards to be given to any program participants, at any time before and/or during the course of the AMG Experience without notice.

AMG Experience will provide a confirmation e-mail at time of registration which serves as notification that you are scheduled for an upcoming event. We also may send you further information related to the necessary testing/and or safety protocols required to participate in the event(s) for which you registered. Any additional correspondence is a courtesy and does not serve as a confirmation or reminder of your upcoming event.

Cancellation notices received up to 30 days prior to PERFORMANCE, ADVANCED and PRO on Track and on Ice event dates will receive a full refund. There are no refunds issued for cancellations received within 30 days of your registered event.

PRO+ cancellations must be received 60 days prior to your registered event for a full refund, otherwise no refunds will be issued within 60 days of your registered course.

DRIFT, DRIFT+ and the AMG Experience on Road events are non-refundable.

AMG Purchase Reward Cancellation Policy

Due to increased demand for this program, MBUSA requires a $250 credit card hold to confirm a seat for all complimentary AMG Purchase Reward redemptions ($1,995 credit) applied toward PERFORMANCE events. This hold will be released following the conclusion of your event.

Cancellations received within 30 days (60 days for PRO+) of the event date, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of all fees paid and the AMG Purchase Reward credit. Cancellations received outside 30 days (60 days for PRO+) must be in writing and full refunds will be issued along with the ability to re-use the AMG Purchase Reward within its original expiration time period.

Requests to extend AMG Purchase Rewards will not be honored under any circumstances.

Damage Liability

By participating in an event, the participant accepts financial responsibility for any vehicle damages incurred, with a liability cap of $5,000.

Non-Transferable Policy

Seats issued or bought for an AMG Experience event are non-transferable and must be used by the first-intended recipient.

Non-Driving Guest Policy

All on Track registered non-driving guests are welcome to join you for the meal portions and classroom sessions throughout the day. Our insurance mandates that guests will not be permitted in vehicles or at drive modules and must be 18 years or older for safety reasons. We will ask that guests remain within the hospitality area. The cost for a guest is $250 per day. Multi-day events will be charged accordingly. Non-Driving guest capacity is limited and may not be available at all scheduled dates.

Travel and Accommodations

Please note, you are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements for all on Track and on Ice events as they are not included in your program cost. However, on the AMG Experience website, under each location, you can find hotel recommendations for the area.
